roasted beets!

some beets.  waiting for their big debut.  recipe found on the shiska in the kitchen!


all nice and tender.  and oozing some juices
beet skiiiiiins
mmm delicious.  and lightly blurry.  and oh dear god do they go right through the digestive system...

    my mom used to eat them pickled when i was a kid and i thought they were absolutely horrid. definitely an acquired taste.. like coffee. just dont eat too many of them at once!
